ABOUT

About
Stage & Stance Co.

Stage & Stance Co. brings together psychological expertise, creative expression and embodied practice to create different ways of experiencing mental health care.

Our work sits across mental health, creativity, performance and everyday life — creating spaces where people can pause, explore, express and reconnect with themselves and with each other.

OUR CONVICTION

"Creativity, in our work, is not expressive for its own sake. It is a way of understanding, regulating, and relating."

PHILOSOPHY

Every stance matters.

We believe every person holds stories worth expressing, and every space can become a place to explore, reflect, and begin again.

Every way of being matters.

Our work creates space for people to show up as they are, experiment safely, and discover new ways of being — with care, reflection, and presence.

Creativity is a language of care.

It is not a luxury or an end in itself. It can be a way of understanding, regulating, expressing and relating.
